Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on local shipping. Please check at checkout if your location is eligible or contact us for custom shipping requests.
How long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders within 3 to 7 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp depending on your preferred contact method.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or product pages.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, but only at the time of delivery and while the courier is still present. Once the courier leaves, we can’t process returns, exchanges, or refunds.
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
To be eligible:
1- unused and unworn
2- original condition with all tags
3- complete original packaging
4- are not accepted
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are available after delivery is completed. We only accept returns or exchanges on the spot at the time of delivery.
What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there's an issue, request an exchange with the delivery agent before they leave.
