Customers may request an exchange or return here within 2 days only from the date the order is received.

Conditions for Accepting the Request - The product must be:

* Unused and unwashed.
* Returned with all original tags and packaging.
Any request made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

* For online payments, refunds will be sent to the same card or account used for payment.
* Refund timing depends on the issuing bank.
