Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
* A clear manufacturing defect
* The size doesn’t fit you right
To request a return or exchange:
* You must report the issue on the same day of delivery
* The item must be:
 ◦ Unworn
 ◦ Unwashed
 ◦ In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Processing & Shipping
* Exchange or return requests are processed within 7 to 12 working days
* A shipping fee of 60 EGP applies — unless the issue is from our side
